Mental & Inner Resilience

Building strength and resilience in any specific area
be it self-expression, presence,
self-worth, speaking up, or toning down
happens when persevere, breathe, and allow ourselves to fail.

Just as physical workout progresses
when we endure and feel the burn,
inner resilience matures when
we persist and allow failure
to be part of the way forward. 

Resilience is in the way we persist to breathe into presence
even when everything within says Run.
Resilience is when we ground ourselves
to face that which we dare not face,
speak that which we dare not speak,
and love that within which was once reduced by fear.
