University of Liverpool Wellbeing Week

This talk draws principles from the natural world i.e. Cheetahs, known for their laser focus. Cheetahs are able to hold single-pointed, laser-focused attention while living in uncertainty because of specific principles in their traits. These simple and powerful principles of focus can be incredibly useful for us to implement for tasks we avoid, procrastinate, or find too overwhelming. They are also useful for dreams and projects we never pursue or put aside. The implicit principles of nature, when understood, can support our growth and quality of life in amazing ways.

In this talk, participants gained insight into 6 traits that enhances a Cheetah’s ability to retain laser focus while hunting in the wild. Cheetahs do this through their design which we humans can cultivate through choice which is discussed in this talk.
